What is something nice that you could do for a friend, family member or even a stranger today?
Once you have thought of it, do it, and then move on to somebody else.
Before long you'll start seeing results, try it, it's contagious.

At any moment, you can make a different choice about what you are doing, how you are feeling, and what you are focusing on.
It is never too late to start over again and make new choices.
