Your deepest connection to God is through your beloved. You are most open to God when your heart is wide open, and your mind is settled and worry-free. For most of us, this happens in the presence of our beloved.

When you find yourself in a position of misunderstanding or an altercation, your first instinct is to fight for the victim position so that you do not have to take the blame. But honestly if you do this, it will only make the problem worse. I call you to take the position of humility and integrity instead of trying to protect your tenuous and questionable innocence. Be the first to apologize for your part in the division, says the Lord, for in doing so you will be able to defuse the situation.
Matthew 5:23-26 "Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are on the way with him, lest your adversary deliver you to the judge, the judge hand you over to the officer, and you be thrown into prison. Assuredly, I say to you, you will by no means get out of there till you have paid the last penny."

There are appropriate times to stand in your power. Power isn't always evil. If you stand tall in the power of goodness, you can have a powerful impact on a situation.
When life becomes a maze of confusion, stop
and quiet your soul. You have overreacted to the onslaught of emotions
that have assaulted your sensibilities. Spend whatever time is
necessary to get your emotions under control, get your thoughts aligned
with the word of truth, and refocus. Come into My presence for a time
of refreshing. Ask, and I will give you wisdom and direction and take
what seems incredibly complicated and reduce it to simple faith and
trust, says the Lord. Come!

Only through love of God you can understand life. Reading and thinking and talking can show the direction to God, but only opening your heart in love and surrender can lead to God. What better way to love God than to love the miracles of God's creations. Look and you shall see miracles everywhere.

to love is to be vulnerable. Love is the opening of the heart, the welcoming of your beloved. Loving is not secure, authentic loving is risky. Security lies behind the walls of a closed heart. You either invite the union by opening in love, or you secure the isolation by closing down.

Love is the opposite of logic. Logic is argumentative, aggressive upon the mind, splits the world into right and wrong, us and them. Love is generative, compassionate, embracing all creation. Logic pays attention to what is being said. Love pays attention to how things are said. Logic leads to debate. Love leads to communion. Practice love to be closer to God.

Stay calm even when you are assaulted with confusion and chaos. Be quiet and ask for wisdom, and I will show you how to deal with every situation. Everything that irritates you about others, is your key to understanding yourself.What angers you in another person is an unhealed aspect of yourself. If you had already resolved that particular issue, you would not be irritated by its reflection back to you.

People are often unreasonable

You cannot free yourself from a problem by shutting your eyes to it.To free yourself from a problem you have to acknowledge it and face it with your eyes and heart open.

I have called to you to quiet your soul and keep your emotions under control. Yet, you still allow disappointment and frustration to take you out of the flow of My Spirit and remove you from a place of peace. It is as though you were on a roller-coaster ride of ups and downs instead of remaining solid in your faith and trust in Me, says the Lord.
